Restorative Dentistry
Replace one or more missing teeth with a fixed, natural-looking bridge so you can smile, eat and speak with confidence.
What Is a Bridge?
A dental bridge replaces a missing tooth by “bridging” the gap between your natural teeth. Crowns on the teeth on either side hold a natural-looking replacement tooth in between.
Unlike a removable partial denture, a bridge stays in place. You brush it like your natural teeth, and it is custom-made to match the color and shape of your smile.
Why Patients Choose It
Fills the gap with a tooth that matches your natural teeth.
Restores your bite so chewing and speaking feel normal again.
Helps stop nearby teeth from drifting into the empty space.
No taking it out at night. It stays put like your own teeth.
Compare Your Options

| Feel | Feels like your natural teeth | Takes a little time to get used to |

Dr. Kayat will help you decide which option fits your smile, health and budget.
The Process
We numb the area, prepare the teeth on each side of the gap and take impressions. You leave with a temporary bridge.
Your bridge is custom-made to match the color and shape of your natural teeth.
We check the fit and your bite, then bond your new bridge in place.
Questions
A gap can make chewing harder, and over time nearby teeth can shift or tilt into the space. Replacing the tooth helps keep your bite healthy and your smile complete.
With good brushing, flossing and regular checkups, a bridge can last many years.
Brush normally and use a floss threader or water flosser to clean under the replacement tooth. We will show you how at your visit.
Many dental plans cover part of the cost of a bridge. We will check your benefits, and you can spread any remaining cost into monthly payments with Cherry payment plans.
